Refund Policy:

 

A 100% refund will be processed if the course drop is requested according to the following schedule:

Community Education – 3 days (72 hours) prior to the first class
Small Business Development Center (SBDC) – 3 days (72 hours) prior to the first class
Workforce & Professional – 1 week (7 days) prior to the first class

 

To request a refund, you must request a drop by logging into your account and selecting My Account>> My Course Information, and clicking ‘request a drop.’

Refunds may not be processed until after the third week of the term. If your class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a 100% refund. Refunds will be reimbursed to the credit card used to purchase the course.

Please note: Non-credit Community Education, Small Business Development Center, and Workforce classes do not fall under the same drop and refund policy as credit classes at the college. Dropping past the refund deadline or failure to attend a courses does not absolve a student's financial responsibility for his/her expenses.
